Class Descriptions

Intro/Yoga Basics is a perfect way for new students to dip their toes into the pool of yoga.  Spend time on the basics with clear instructor guidance 75 minutes
Session 1:
  9/13 - 10/25  
Session 2:
  11/8 - 12/13    
Special Price:  6 weeks for $70


Level 1 enter the stream of yoga with beginning postures, breathing techniques, and yogic philosophy. Supportive, clear instruction and individual assistance provided.  75 minutes

Level 1/2 for students ready to dive deeper, building skill and endurance in the practice. Clarity in foundation unfolds your understanding.   80 minutes

Level 2 The deep end of the pool for experienced students, ready to show up and play hard.  Self awareness expands thru advanced asana infused with philosophy. 90 min

All Levels An open yoga practice for the community to flow together to inspire and support each other in the joy of yoga.  90 minutes

Gentle Yoga  
This class combines gentle stretching, restorative poses, yogic breathing, relaxation and meditation.  Perfect for those who want to unwind, reduce anxiety and stress or have physical concerns or injuries.  75 minutes

Vinyasa Flow an all levels creative flowing class to energize and uplift 75 minutes

Prenatal Yoga
Honor this sacred time in your life with a gentle, strengthening and inspiring practice.  Through yogic breath work and meditation, learn the fine art of relaxation to assist you in birth and the journey of parenting.   75 minutes  
We also welcome pre-natal students in Level 1 & Gentle classes.

Yoga for Moms  De-stress, strengthen your body, and connect with other moms...infants up to crawling age are welcome.  60 min

Community Yoga  An open all levels 60 minute community practice lead by the instructor, who practices alongside you.  A chance to play together in the field of yoga.  Minimal alignment details provided, you guide your own practiceby donation (or class pass)

Community Meditation  - Open to all, facilitated by Mary Sullivan
Tuesdays 12- 1pm - Sept 14, Oct 12, Nov 9, Dec 14
Second Tuesday of Each month - by donation

Back Care Yoga
Come practice Yoga therapeutically designed to reduce your back pain. Build core strength and flexibility for a happier you!  75 minutes 
Currently we are not offering a weekly Back Care Class - you may arrange a private session to cover the material presented in this course. a Private Session would a perfect way to do Back Care Yoga
!

Anusara YogaÒ is an exceptional healing tantric yoga system that integrates balanced energetic action and proper alignment in the body with celebration of the heart.  As we practice we remember the spiritual purpose and highest intention of practicing yoga, to channel more beauty, love and goodness to the world.
All of our classes are taught by Anusara trained instructors.

Kripalu Yoga is a yoga of compassion and self awareness. It utilizes a flowing combination of yoga postures, breath awareness, relaxation and meditation to teach you how to bring yourself fully present in your body.            
                                  
                           Jozie, Eric, Kerrie, Julie, and Jen are all Certified Kripalu Instructors.

Anusara Yoga Therapy

Rebalance your body, mind and heart.  Tone and align the chakras, the five elements, the nadis and pranic body.  Release and dissolve blocks in your energy matrix and welcome radiant divine light.  Synthesizing her extensive training in Yoga, Sat Nam Rasayanâ and Polarity Therapy, Julie opens a vibrational space of healing light and offers empowering, transformative sessions. 
A 50 minute session with Julie is $75
