All class passes are valid for four months only

Each pass will have an expiration date clearly marked. 
It is your responsibility to make sure you use your passes in the time-frame indicated.  We do not extend passes beyond the expiration date or give refunds.

 We can make exceptions for extreme circumstances, health or family emergencies
Contact the Flowforms office to discuss your special circumstances
(the fact that you did not "get a chance" to use your pass does not qualify :-)

No refunds are given for class passes
in special circumstances we do give Flowforms credit/gift certificate.
