Series: "RESTORATIVE Well-Being"
KripaluYoga, Mindfulness and Meditation
(well-being: the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy)
MIND-BODY / RELAXATION / RESTORATION
The Well-being Series is a wonderful way for brand new or experienced students to explore the practices of Kripalu yoga, mindfulness and meditation with clear instructor guidance in this six week series.
Open Levels
Open for everyone, all welcome: modifications offered for you to do the yoga that is best for you on the given day – a variety of options and inspiration for what is possible
No prior experience is necessary. An open mind with a desire to be in the moment is all that is required.
Kripalu Yoga
This yoga class is a practice of turning inward to gain greater understanding, peace and strength. Use of the breath helps to unite the mind and body and allow for exploration of postures and meditation. This is a great class for beginners as well as any student looking to deepen their practice. This class will help you to learn to relax, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body and mind!

De-stress, let go, and rejuvenate with relaxation, restoration, and meditation.
Try some Intentional Relaxation and Restoration.
This series is intended for those wishing to release tension through the mind, body, and breath. Over the six weeks, we will explore a range of deep stretches and long relaxing postures on the mat, followed by a guided meditation and full savasana (integration and rest). All levels can benefit from this series. No experience necessary.
This series will help you connect to your breath, further deepening your state of relaxation. Healing touch is also offered to students during the practice.
You will be invited to work toward developing your own daily well-being practices. Suggestions will be made for at-home "assignments."
Take action to make yoga, mindfulness and mediation part of your life.
Experience it for yourself. Do it for your well-being.
