Welcome to Flowforms Yoga

Flowforms Yoga is a welcoming yoga community that offers warm and experienced teachers; classes, series and workshops for all levels from beginners to Anusara® immersions and teacher training. Our studios overlook scenic Lake Quinsigamond for a gorgeous, tranquil view while you practice.
