Family Yoga is a fun filled class for ALL AGES...newborns on up....
The Intention: To provide children and families with valuable life-long skills and the time to express themselves by enjoying the art of yoga in a fun, welcoming, inclusive, safe and non-judgmental environment. We offer well-being tools that will better equip them for a happy, healthy life while in the classroom and out.
The Experience: This non-competitive, non-denominational discipline provides an introduction to concepts of yoga and mindfulness, concentration, breathing techniques and calming and kindness activities. Explore new ways to be aware of and move the body. Learn to relax with guided visualization meditations while in relaxing yoga poses.
The Benefit: Build both physical and mental balance, flexibility and strength, increase attention, concentration, listening and communication skills, expand imagination, build self-esteem, gain a new sense of confidence, calmness and peace.
It would be our pleasure to have you and your children enter this yoga journey along with us and your other friends. Questions are welcomed!
We will explore yoga postures, games, and guided visualizations to create an engaging and relaxing movement based experience for the whole family. Everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga, and doing it together is so much fun!
$15 per the first two people
$5 for each additional person in your family group
{For example: A group of four would be $25}
