Danielle teaches yoga and meditation as a means to connect the mind, body, and spirit through joy, love, and compassion. Her journey began 10 years ago as a Bikram student and has continued with a more mindful practice.
Over the years, encountering many health challenges, yoga rehabilitated her and showed her that she is called to teach this practice to others. Danielle is a Kripalu certified instructor and also does Reiki and energy work. She is an animal rights advocate, comedy junkie, and loves working with children.
