Yoga Fundamentals
Yoga Fundamentals classes are a perfect way for new students to dip their toes into the pool of yoga. Spend time on the basics with clear instructor guidance. This class breaks down postures and alignment in a systematic and detailed way.  75 minutes

Wednesday 7:00 – 8:15 pm with Jennie Isbell


Beginner Yoga
Enter the stream of yoga with beginning postures, breathing techniques, and yogic philosophy. Supportive, clear instruction and individual assistance provided. Become flexible, strong and centered! 75 minutes

Wednesday 5:30 – 6:45 pm with Jen Faldetta
Saturday 8:30 – 9:45 am with Julie Dhara Roberts

 

FAQ: What is the difference between Fundamentals and Beginner?

Both classes are intended for new yoga students.   Fundamentals is for brand new students to yoga and anyone who wants a detailed review – we spend more time building each pose with details and layers.   Beginner Yoga is for any new student and folks in their first 1 – 2 years of yoga study.
