Open for everyone, all welcome: modifications offered for you to do the yoga that is best for you on the given day – a variety of options and inspiration for what is possible
All ages and abilities are welcome who can accept guidance and sit quietly through a meditation. Age 10 is generally the youngest but younger cases are considered. Please contact us with questions.

In a lovely peaceful afternoon setting we will treat ourselves to some personal evolution and experience whole mind-body awareness to enhance our well-being.
Starting with settling in and breathing, this class will then offer us equal parts asana {physical body movement}, and seated guided meditation. We will then enjoy a full savasana relaxation to amplify our mind body connection.
We will go about our day with a sense of peace, enjoyment and happiness remembering the invitation to be awake, receptive, trusting and curious well-beings.
