Jennifer Anger
Jennifer Anger began practicing yoga after having her first child and has now been practicing for over 10 years. Prior to beginning her family, Jennifer was a social worker and enjoyed helping people change their lives. Jennifer was fortunate to be able to stay home and care for her two children, Tyler and Madison. "Yoga helped to center my daily life while bridging my and heart and mind together. Being on my mat brought such contentment." Jennifer's yoga journey started by attending a yoga class in which the teacher failed to show, Jennifer was asked to teach and did. She realized teaching yoga ignited a fire that touched her soul. Jennifer studied with Loretta Tharpe at Old Common Yoga and completed her teacher training in April 2011, she is certified with Yoga Alliance. Jennifer has taught a variety of classes; heated Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga and all levels of Hatha classes.
Jennifer is energectic and very passionate about yoga and her students. Jennifer believes that every student's journey in yoga is unique but vital to have a balanced life. In her teaching, students are individuals and will always be respescted and supported. Students will be challenged to reach deep within to bring out light and love . As Jennifer embarks in her teaching journey, Jennifer learns from every student in every class. "A photographer gets to pose people for himself, a yoga teacher helps students pose themselves." Jennifer feels so blessed to be able to teach the gift of yoga. Jennifer looks forward to becoming a part of the this wonderful yoga community. |
