Jennifer Faldetta was introduced to yoga in 1991.  She practiced first with a Hatha yoga instructor from City college in San Francisco.  In 1996, she moved back to Worcester and met Ann Bisanti, a loving and skilled Iyengar teach who opened her heart, mind and body to the joy of yoga.  She fell in love with the practice and took as many classes as possible in and around Worcester and Boston.  She practiced Kundalini, Iyengar and Kripalu yoga.  By the summer of 1998, after opening and partnering in a small cafe business, Jen knew that teaching yoga was her hearts longing.  She sold her half of the cafe, to pay for teacher training.

Her first students were her parents, in the fall of 1998.  She also subbed some classes and taught to friends. In March 1999, Jen spent a month at the Kripalu center for Yoga in Lennox Ma., where she received 200 hour teacher certification.  Her first regular teaching job was with Fern Lee at Wellness works in Worcester.  While teaching at Wellness Works, she met and formed a tight bond with Julie Roberts.  In 2004 she helped Julie to establish Flowforms Yoga.

After much encouragement, Jen was first introduced to Anusara Yoga in June 2001, with a weekend of amazing yoga with Suzie Hurley.  She was immediately transformed and at home with Anusara.  In September 2001 Jen met her teacher Deb Neubauer at Deb's studio in North Hampton.  Since then, Jen has studied with Deb as much as possible.  She has been thru several teacher trainings and countless classes and workshops.  Jen has also had the opportunity to have teacher training with John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga, as well as weekend workshops.  She has studied with Desiree Rumbaugh, Martin Kirk, Jenny Otto, Todd Norian, Douglas Brooks, Paul Muller Ortega and other great Anusara teachers.  Jen is an Anusara Inspired Teacher and is working toward certification.

Jen is dedicated to living a life in yoga and sharing her love of this incredible practice with anyone who wishes to learn.  She has taught all levels of adults, children of all ages, in schools, camps, daycares.  She has a special love for her pre-natal students and sharing the great practice of yoga in the service of birth and parenting.  Jen has training as a birth doula and childbirth educator.

She has two beautiful children whom she homeschools.

Mary Sullivan worked as a chemist and engineer for 20 years.  When the company she had worked at was sold, Mary had to face and weather big changes.  She really wanted to do that in a healthy way with grace, staying true to herself.  A friend suggested yoga as a way to help prepare for this change.

Mary began regular yoga practice in 2000 studying with Julie Dhara Roberts and Jennifer Faldetta.  By 2001 she had found her path for spiritual growth in the Anusara Community.  Mary started teaching in 2005 and completed her RYT 200 training in 2006 with Deb Neubauer,  Certified Anusara Teacher.

Mary continues to refine her understanding of her own inner nature through personal and classroom asana and meditation practice.   Mary consciously brings her humor, love of nature, joy in yoga and continuing spiritual quest to life in her Anusara Inspired classes.

Mary is trained in Meridian Yoga and is currently enrolled in a 500 Hour Advanced Teacher Training at Golden Heart Yoga in Annapolis Maryland.

Kerrie Ward completed her yoga teacher certification in Kripalu Yoga in 2004. She also has a background in the Iyengar tradition. When not teaching or practicing yoga you can find her in the garden, cooking, reading, or out exploring the New England woods. Kerrie thrives on the joy, challenges, and grounding that her own practice brings to her life as she continues on the path as an infinite student. She loves to share the gift of yoga with her students, and her classes are filled with humor, compassion, challenge, and relaxation. A little bit of everything! Kerrie believes that everyone can do yoga (and should!) and tries to make every posture accessible to everyone by using modifications and props.

Jozie Ewart is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor 200-RYT. At the age of 15 Jozie was introduced to Kripalu yoga. She attended a workshop at the Kripalu Yoga Center that was heart opening, and powerful. She knew that someday she would return to train as a Kripalu yoga teacher. In the summer of 2009 Jozie did return for a month-long intensive program to receive her 200-hour teaching certification. The experience was again heart opening and powerful, and she has been sharing the light of yoga with students ever since. As a former dancer, Jozie has found a new way to move through space that is full of awareness and compassion. Sharing Kripalu yoga with students is something that Jozie is passionate about and loves to do. The teacher in Jozie loves to break down poses, answer questions, explore new ways to do things, and celebrate achievements. The dancer in Jozie loves to play and have fun. In a Kripalu yoga class with Jozie you can expect to do all of these things while connecting to your own source in a graceful and light filled experience.
