We  offer yoga to empower, uplift and create wholeness of a mind body connection.  Yoga is a practice of unity. Each instructor is highly trained in one or more yoga  styles. Each instructor makes a point of continuing their education every  year.  We are always learning and growing on our yoga path, and we share  everything  we know and love with you.
